Dr. Akbar Saleem, MD and Chief Surgeon at Dr. Akbar Eye Centre, is a highly experienced and renowned ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. He completed his M.S. (Master of Surgery) in Ophthalmology in 2004 from the prestigious Institute of Ophthalmology, J. N. Medical College, AMU, Aligarh.
Further honing his expertise, he completed a super-specialization course in Surgical and Medical Retina in 2007. After that have worked in the position of HOD and Chief at various hospitals at Dr. Agarwal’s Group of Eye Hospitals and Orbit Healthcare (International) in India and abroad including Chennai, Hyderabad, Mauritius, Seychelles, Uganda, Rwanda, Madagascar and Nigeria.
